The Nitty Gritty Details
The Run For Rwanda is a 5K or 1.5 mile, chip-timed, run/walk that will take place on the wide open roads surrounding Liquid Church’s office in Parsippany, New Jersey on Saturday, October 19th. Runners may sign up as individuals or create and join teams. Awards will be given to the top three 5K participants in each age group.
All ages and stages are invited to participate. Baby strollers are allowed, but those participants with strollers are asked to start near the back of the group to avoid obstructing other runners. No pets, bikes, scooters, or rollerblades are allowed on the racecourse. There will be two water stations at the first and second mile point. This is a rain or shine event.
Family and friends are welcome to join and serve as your cheering section. They’ll also enjoy our expo and indoor funtivities for kids. The 5K begins at 9:30am and the 1.5 Mile Fun Run begins at 10:30am.
